This is who we are

We are a PADI Full Service Dive Shop, locally owned and operated by Terry Dunstan, a 40 year veteran of scuba diving on Vancouver Island. 

Terry has been teaching Scuba diving on Vancouver Island since 1989, and has established himself as a favorite in the local dive community. Terry has extensive experience in scuba instruction and commercial diving in both cold, temperate and tropical waters, having worked in Thailand, as well as visiting many tropical destinations.

Pacific Water Sports has been training divers, selling and services dive equipment for over 25 years. With a dynamic staff, Pacific Water Sports is the best, most personable, customer centric dive shop on Vancouver Island.

Our goal is provide the best customer experience, support and training to our customers ensuring their scuba diving experience in the Cowichan Valley and on Vancouver Island is safe, fun and memorable.

A full service, brick-and-mortar dive shops are a bit more scarce. Within our physical location in Duncan we are centralized and offer every scuba related service under the sun from retail to air fills and gear servicing.
